May I suggest the theme for this SSB at Pennsic be Bubba does Pennsic?
There is just so much we could do with that theme.

Good evening my Brothers and Sisters of the Bow, what a great archery
community we have in our Kingdom. This is our 5th consecutive year hosting
this shoot at Pennsic and we have now exceeded over 1,000 archers supported!
I put out the call, and look how many have already answered! I know it is
early so I won't push too hard right now, this will be the schedule we work
too once again this season as we approach Pennsic:

 

Nov 14 - Feb 15  - Call for Helping Marshals and Target creators, finalize
the theme for the next shoot

Mar 15 - Apr 15  - Finalize scoring and field layout of St. Sebastian's
course

May 15 - Last call for artwork and scoring information for target cards and
line instructions

 

This is our list so far from the responses I have received, we will be
shooting for 13 or so target stations again this year:
