[Archers] Teaching Marshals and providing ALL required MiT information

Good evening everyone, I wanted to send another reminder to all of our
teaching marshals, because I recently received another roster of new MiT
information that was incomplete. This is the 5th or 6th time now this year I
have received incomplete information and can not process those new MiT's
into our system. It is not something I have control over, the system will
not accept them without ALL of the required information. This is why I keep
asking that all teaching marshals use the MiT roster sheet on our TA page. I
know the boxes are not all that big, but they are there to assure all
information is captured. When this happens it is a waste of time and effort
on the teacher and students part because once those students are gone, it is
very difficult to get there missing information. I do not have the time to
go chasing a roster full of MiTs each time this happens. So please take the
time and assure you have ALL of their information. I don't care if you
transfer to an email to me but make sure you have All of the following:

 

1.       Date of class

2.       Mundane Name

3.       SCA Name

4.       Address

5.       Phone

6.       Email Address

7.       SCA membership number

8.       SCA membership expiration date
