[Archers] Never played D&D.... :-/

Good afternoon everyone and Happy Holidays to you all! For those of you that have not played D&D it is no worry, a simple google search for monsters would yield a plethora of beasts to use for targets. As far as scoring and challenges go, you don’t need to be a dungeon master to set up something fun. Many of us geeks are out here that would be more than willing to help you out to setup a scenario that will be fun and challenging. I think this will be a really fun shoot this year as it introduces some chance into the shoot as well.

In Service,

Esa, although there are a number of original critters in the games, many of the D&D monsters come from various historical mythologies (dragons, minotaurs, manticores, etc, etc), so coming up with basic ideas for targets should be fairly easy regardless of your lack of gaming experience. I don't really have a lot of time/resources available right now to actually make targets, but I do have plenty of game experience and I'd be happy to consult with you on the critters.

Imagine that... a social context in which one is embarrassed for never having played D&D. I have zero familiarity with the game, making designing a target or ...err.... claiming my monster (???) difficult.

Would someone like to partner with me in target design? If someone would like to make two targets as a team, rather than one target all by their lonesome, please let me know on or off list.

YIS,
