[Archers] Atlatl rules

How about using some of the names used in atlatl battles?  Warrior, Shaman,
Chief.  Caveman could replace novice as all atlatlist know, we come in as
cavepeople before we can become warriors!  Besides, one only need see Oog to
know the truth of that statement!  Hahahahahahahahaha

Now 'Caveman' would be an awesome name to replace 'Novice'! Plus it would
completely de-conflict the ARR ranks from the RR ranks and definitely fits
the time frame of the weapon.... 

But the Atlatl crowd would have to embrace that one first.

All, I will change the rules tonight when I get home to reflect no limit of
darts on the timed end. Also Master Jonathas suggested "Woodsman" vise
Marksman since it was already used in Archery. I will make that change as
well to the rankings.
