Jay, 

Your assumption would be correct.  In fact as of this post, it still hasn't shown up.  Mistake happen and I am sorry for any misunderstanding.  It is not personal and thank you for the job you are doing.  It ain"t an easy one.

However, we still have the conflict between the RR rules and the Handbook.  But I also don't see the reason for that a RR can only be shot at an official practice or event.  It has been a tradition that as long as there is a marshal to ensure the rules are followed it counts.  I don't see how a score is invalid just because it wasn't at an announced practice.  The reason archery is so successful is so open and accessable.  I would prefer we keep to our tradition.
