Thank you Lorelei, I will be contacting those who have N/A for their information. I will need help with 2 marshals as they both have both fields with N/A and I think this forum will be the only avenue I have to get word to them. Maybe someone on the group will know them and get word to them for me. I will post their names in the morning.

I agree too. You need a way to contact them at the very least. We may want to find out why their contact information is listed as it is (N/A). There might be a reason, or they might not be aware it is listed as such.

thanks!
Lorelei

Okay so far I am seeing positive feedback on assuring that marshal’s provide either a phone number or email so they can be contacted if required. So based on this information I will make it a requirement that ALL marshals must provide this information to the DEM / E DEM so at least they have it in the roster. Again it is acceptable to not have it publicly displayed if that is the marshals choice. Any marshal refusing to comply and provide that contact information to the DEM / E DEM will have their warrant suspended until that information is provided. We need to have a way to contact all marshals as required.

I agree. It is very important to have that contact vehicle especially

Good afternoon my Brothers and Sisters of the bow. As I am working on
the updated marshal's roster for Master Jonathas to use for our
transition to the Atlantian Archery pages for our current rosters I
have noticed that some marshals have "N/A" for thier phone and email.
Now I value privacy as much as anyone else but I am a bit troubled that
a marshal who holds responsibility in our kingdom is cut off from being
contacted if need be. Before I act I wanted to get a read from you on
this subject. There are only a few out of over 100 marshals but I feel
if you are going to hold a responsible position in the Kingdom you
should be required to include information so you can be contacted. This
doesnt mean that the information needs to be made public, but I and my
deputy should be able to get to that information if need be. What do
you all think?
