[Archers] MIT Flowchart and instructions

Good evening everyone, I just wanted to take a minute and post a flow chart
I created to show our new MIT's how the process works and should flow. You
should be able to follow the chart step by step to assure that you are on
the right path in completing your MIT training. Please remember as MIT's you
have 12 months from your initial MIT class to complete your training or you
will be required to start from the beginning unless I discuss it with you.
Also if you are a new MIT please join our Atlantia archery forums so you can
stay up to date. If you know of any new archers or MITs that are not on
