Just a friendly reminder: the Winter months are good admin time. Check that your people are caught up on badges. And if your neighbors don't have an active archery program, check their peeps too.
 
Pay particular attention to your newbies - it can be much more demoralizing for them to get passed over, as they don't know how the system works.
