Actually William Shatner has been an expert with a bow for a long time. Back in the 1960's he was on the outdoor program, American Sportsman. He went hunting Kodiak bear. And yes, he took a bear with one arrow. And at that time it was a recurve bow and a lot less fancy points. It takes a certain amount of guts to go after a Kodiak with a bow even if someone is standing behind you with a big gun.
At this point I think I'm really showing my age.
