SAAD – the official unofficial schedule of events

Friday: Gates open at 3:00. (Staff will be on site doing set up from early
that morning we could use help.)

Friday Night Shoot at 8:30ish. We’re shooting at a Mammoth in the
dark…yeah. Wild, huh.

Saturday:Thrown weapons and archery ranges open at 9:30 and close at 3:30.

Drop off A&S by 10am

Cheese making demonstration at 11:00. (shrug)

Thrown Weapons marshal’s class will happen around 1:00

LUNCH: A Ploughman’s lunch will be provided by the Dark Lady and Crew, for
a small fee. Support them or they will CUT you.

Atlatl battle will begin roughly at 3:30, along with Primitive Garb
competition.

Court at 5ish, with awards and such.

6ish: Event-wide Pot Luck (we provide the meat, you provide a side dish or
desert)

Bardic followed by a drum circle will finish out the day. We’ll have our
“Letters to Home” Bardic competition early-on in the Bardic. Be there with
your best archery songs too!

Sunday: 9:30 to 11:00 Royal Rounds and target take down.

**We were informed that the power will be out for some kind
of maintenance from 12 AM to 4 AM Saturday morning.***
