Not to put a damper on this fantastic project, but who is going to

get the 'honor' of maintaining the day shade between uses.  I can 
see that it could be useful at many archery (okay - or other :))

events.

Don't you already have enough on your plate.  <grin>  (Read that as "NO!"
you can't take this on in addition to your other Pennsic responsibilities.)

 

How about a volunteer to collect money, purchase the pop-ups and bring them
to Pennsic.  If we could provide two good pop-ups from Atlantia, that would
be awesome.  Count me in for a donation.

and how should they be made out?

If we have any choice in the matter, could we get something other than
white? Blue is one of Atlantia's principal colors, though blue is usually
reactive to UV and might fade faster than other colors.
