As Kingdom Archery Championship approaches I thought I would send out a 
few reminders.

First the Site is:

Southern Heritage Farm
11527 Marsh Rd
Bealeton, Va 22712

Not at the Issac Walton League in Spotsylvania!!! It is correct on the 
Kingdom Calendar but not on the online Acorn or paper Acorn.

Site:

** This is a rustic site. Please be sure to bring your own seating and 
whatever else you require to be comfortably medieval. Shaded tent space, 
restroom facilities, and plenty of water will be provided. **

(On a personal note, I suggest comfortable footwear as the shooting area 
is large.)

Schedule:

10:00 am	Troll open
Bow inspection begins.
Archery range opens
12 noon	Lunch: bring your own feast gear.
Meeting of the Order of the Yew Bow.
3:00 pm	Archery range closes for Top 8 Shoot-off.
TBD	Court will begin shortly after the conclusion of the Top 8 
Shoot-off.
6:00 pm	Site closes.
  	
Archers will have free use of the range from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please be 
sure to conclude your shoot by 3 PM. We hope you enjoy the shoot! Please 
make sure to turn in your scorecards!

Lunch:

Lunch is included in the site fee. Lunch will be prepared by Lady Riya 
epsi Otel. Contact her with any questions and concerns. (Her information 
is on the Kingdom Calendar)
