[Archers] Official Notice

Here is my "official" official notice that I would like to step down as DEM for Target Archery.  If you are interested in the job, please send me an email with your qualifications.  I will make a selection and forward that recommendation on to the Kingdom Earl Marshal and their Majesties.  (There, now it's official, apparently it wasn't before.)
