I want to congratulate Saphir for volunteering to step up as VA Regional Marshal.  I would also like to thank the other individuals who volunteered to serve in this position.  I appreciate your dedication to the archery community and I know you'll be guiding and assisting in other ways. The decision is not easy, when one has such a great pool of talent to choose from.
