[Archers] Pennsic XLI Champions Team shoot information

Good eve everyone I wanted to send another note about the Champions team
shoot so we are all aware of what is going on. I have attached the current
listing of those of you that expressed interest in shooting on the team. The
latest word I have is that Aethelmearc has filled their spots, so depending
on how many allies from Trimaris and Meridies we will need to accommodate,
will dictate how many slots we get for Atlantian's. I will be involved in
the decision process so I will push as hard as I can to keep as many as I
can on the team but ultimately it is not only my call. So the practice
schedule is as follows:

 

Saturday 4 Aug 5pm -7pm  (I have already talked with Lord Godric and we will
not have to be at this practice unless you want too due to St. Sebastian's
all day long)

Sunday 5 Aug  6pm-7:30pm (due to the marshal's meeting from 5pm-6pm)

Monday 6 Aug 5pm -7pm

Tuesday 7 Aug 5pm - 7pm

 

Wednesday is the Champion's team shoot from 9am - 5pm
