[Archers] Update St. Sebastian Theme

Current vote, still looking for more themes...get me your ideas or vote on a
theme.

 

 

 

By Friday the 27th we get all the theme ideas.  This is your current
assignment.

 

By Friday the 3rd of Feb we pick the top 4.  Yes, you can vote now, but only
a max of two please.  I will update this till the 3rd.

 

By Friday the 10th of Feb we discuss target ideas, as we all know, sometimes
a great theme does not lead to many target options.

 

Tuesday the 14th of Feb,  I post the theme and the target ideas that have
been received. 

 

We collect all the info on who wants to make targets and how many (please
limit each station to 4 targets).  This is already starte, so if you
volunteered we have that information.

I discuss the field layout with Janyn, he does his Marshal thing, sets the
field and coordinates with everyone..   

We all show up at Pennsic and put on the best shoot the know world has ever
seen.

 

 

That's the plan.   Any questions?   Good. Now think of more themes.
