[Archers] Saint Sebastians III planning

The Greys will be attending Pennsic 2013 (if we are still here after
December 2012!).  Count cog in for marshalling and providing one
targets/shooting station, theme pending.  HEY!  How about "Shoot the guy
in the kimono outfit" for a theme?  (Sorry Godai.)  hahahaha
