[Archers] Archers Digest, Vol 111, Issue 9

Question for the members of this list, the Atlantian Archers. While
there are many "correct" answers to this question......is there anyone
who more personifies The Atlantian Archer than our very own Seamus?

Smacks self on head and says "Hello McFly"!

Seamus I have been to some of "your" shoots. If you serve the Atlantian
archery community with the same level of dedication and expertise as
your shoots we WILL be in not good hands but, once again, GREAT hands.

Others have said it and I fully agree. I am so very proud to be a
member of the Atlantian archer community. We lead the way for the Known
World, i.e. St. Sebastian Shoot at Pennsic, we make this "hobby" of ours
fun for everyone, SSB Pennsic again, and we are very good at what we do
(at least some of you are), Atlantian archers are known throughout the
known world as very good if not great archers. Oh, and let us not
forget that were it not for our very own Baron Jonathas, many kingdoms
would have very eclectic, inefficient methods for saving and comparing
their Royal Round and IKAC scores.

So as my hockey kids says "We Da Bomb". And I add, we got damned good
people!

Yikes! I don't know if I can possibly live up to cogs expectation let
alone Lorelei and Janyn's.

Per the last emails from Janyn to the Marshals@ list ... He called
Society,
and confirmed.

Archers don't need waivers (at practices)

So carry on not requiring them ;)

Usually I'm the one with the jokes. And YES I did on this one as well.
WHAT? You would expect less?

But, time for seriousness. When we hand over an office to our
successors we hope they do as good a job as we think we did. In my case
as former DEM for Archery when I stepped down Allen stepped in. Life
caught up with Allen very soon thereafter and he had to hand the office
over to Lorelei, whom I had STRONGLY recommend be Allen's deputy. When
it came time for Lorelei to step down she handed the office to Janyn.
>From my view point both of these individuals have done even MORE than
an
amazing job with the office. I say HUZZAH to you both for such a well
done job. Atlantia should be, and I believe IS, very proud of you both!
