As for the Needwood Archery Company, 



We make no demands on our member's allegiance. We encourage you  to shoot for your Shire/Barony or Household.... or for Needwood if you so desire! 



But once you declare who you are shooting for, you may not change teams for that particular shoot until after it is finished.
