[Archers] TnT and the weather.

Well that's quite interesting since I seem to remember a few years back it
was held for almost 2 years by the same team due to cancelations. We are
concerned about everyone's safety first, period! If we get other teams of
competitors that show up we will shoot the event. If there are no others
than Bright Hills present it will be postponed and a time scheduled by the
current holders. We are not planning on having it at another Barony just
because. Also I know a few of us have been talking and we need to find "the
rules" if any even exist and assure that all of us can take some time to
understand them going forward.

If the event is canceled you are expected to schedule the Lochmere arrow
shoot at another event before the end of the year. Such as Holiday Faire.
Bright Hills should not be able to keep the arrow for more than a year
without a competition for it.

Forecast is for snow in the Westminster area. Possible 3 inches.

I understand that this may put a dampener on attendance for the Lochmere
arrow.

There will be archery at TnT, we need to pick the new champion for Bright
Hills.

Please advise me if the populace would like the Lochmere arrow postponed.

The issue is that the next shoot in Bright Hills will be possibly Sept of
next year.

Also, the final decision rest with the current champions.
