[Archers] Pennsic targets

I'm not too likely to make it to Pennsic this year, though I will keep
my hopes up while registration is still open...but I likely could
contribute a target of some kind anyway. I'm thinking a wand (square
or maybe diamond shaped in cross section) that spins on its long axis
when hit. Probably +/- scoring with alternating faces around the
sides.
