Running with Seamus' idea...

What about mirroring at least the two major archery competitions for the
Youth?

At Royal Archer, allow the top 4 seeded Youth to have a shoot off (unless
there are a ton of youth then bump it to top 8).  And at Lochmere Arrow have
Youth teams only division.

Thoughts?
