Well done, Atlantians!! This is just practice for next year's IKAC AND IKCAC season....which is starting February 1st. Let's get an earlier start this year.

I hope you all enjoy your holiday time.

Cheers!
Lorelei (who is going to do a lot of shooting today with her new arrows, because it is sunny and promises to be 67 degrees today!)

Subject: [Archers] Seasonal Challenge - IKAC update

Greetings once again,

As all the IKAC scores have been shot, though a few remain to be approved, I have updated the scores for the current Seasonal Challenge.

I've posted the standings to the Scores Site for all to see:
http://www.scores-sca.org/public/scores_team.php?R=2&Shoot=87

In our quest for IKAC glory, Atlantia made a wonderful showing but alas appears to have come up a bit short of the goal for first in each division.

Open Bow: 4th place (44 points out of 1st)
Period Bow: 2nd place (13 points out of 1st)
Open Crossbow: 1st place (41 point lead)
Period Crossbow: 1st place (36 point lead)
Combat IKAC: 2nd place (146 points out of 1st)

Yeoman: No average (though no kingdom had a 3 person average, at the 2 person average we had a 30 point lead)
Youth: 2nd place (47 points out of 1st) (all from Sacred Stone!)
Child: No average

But the good news in if you average the IKAC Adult Divisions, Atlantia stands at the top of the three Kingdoms to enter each:
Atlantia: 274
An Tir: 256
Outlands: 236

As for the Seasonal Challenge, as of this update it looks like Stierbach will be the winner. Though the youth of Sacred Stone carried their barony for second to last place (with a tie at last) to a strong second place finish.

Please take a moment to double check that the information is correct and I didn't miss any names in combing through nearly 500 archers who submitted to the IKAC. Send any corrections to me at Jonathas at RedFoxDen.org .

In Service,
Jonathas
