[Archers] Archers Digest, Vol 99, Issue 41

I had to deconflict against this, so I have some inside info - expect it to be in the northern part of the Central region. So prob Virginia.  





I thought they agreed to not start recruiting teams until after 12th Night.  Or was that Unevent?
