I will send you the list I started already.

14 Stations last year

14 -15 would be good again

We opened at 9 and closed at 3, I would like to push for open at 9 and close
at 5pm so we can accommodate more shooters.

Maybe break up the marshal schedule into 2 hour increments, again I want
everyone but me to have a chance to shoot during the day.

I have a column in the spreadsheet for targets/ stations

I'm starting the spreadsheets this week -

Refresh my memory -
How many stations were there last year?
How many is the plan for this year?
What time did the range open and what time did it close?

I need to have an idea
1)how to set up the marshaling schedule and
2)track the stations being offered.

Don't forget - if you volunteer for at least ONE HOUR to marshal, either in
inspections or as a line marshal, you will received a nifty commemorative
marshal favor to identify you as The ASSS (this is so wrong!) staff for the
day.

I'm trying to capture names as they fly across the list but PLEASE drop me a
line at mistress.martelvonc at gmail.com with the following:

SCA NAME
MODERN NAME
HOME GROUP
HOME KINGDOM

I WILL be checking Marshal status for volunteers.
PLEASE be sure that by Pennsic your information is UP TO DATE in YOUR
KINGDOM.

IF YOU THINK SOMEONE WILL WANT TO MIT FOR THIS SHOOT HAVE THEM CONTACT ME
DIRECTLY BEFORE THE SHOOT!!!!

That is all...for now. :-)

yours,
Martelle
