At this point can we just have whoever physically has it bring it to the event.  
Just displaying it would be something.

That's a tall order to make happen by next weekend. The Baron and Baroness
of Brighthills are currently the holders of the arrow. With all Lord Seamus
and I are helping with archery for the 30th I don't think either of us would
have the time at this point. I like the idea though....

This one of the traditions of the kingdom and deserves mention at 30 year.  
Could the current holder bring it and could someone write something about
its 
history and the origin of the name.  Maybe a list of all prior winners.  I 
expect most of them are on this list.
