[Archers] Seasonal Challenge

The Handbow shooters are off to a good start! For Handbows Atlantia holds
currently second in both the Open Division (behind by 50 points) and the
Period Division (behind by 20 points).

The Crossbow crowd needs to stop being so darn lazy and shoot some scores!
Gregge has the only Open Crossbow score submitted, so we don't even have an
average yet.

The biggest trick will be getting enough youth to actually shoot. Now being
Atlantian's if they shoot "of course" we know they will shoot well! :D This
year there are three Youth age brackets, Child (10 and under), Youth (13 and
under), and Yeoman (15 and under). All ages are based on their age on Feb
1, 2011 and are allowed to shoot that division even if their birthday would
bump them into the next division. A word of warning, youth may enter scores
in ONLY ONE division, so be sure they want to jump to the next division up
before entering a score for them. And as we found out last year youth
archers with scores approaching 200 will be closely scrutinized, scores over
200 will disqualify the archer (the intent is that the youth archer should
have bumped up to a higher level).

Be sure to read the rules this year, a few minor things have changed.
