[Archers] New Archery Rule Change (drawings?)

Here are two interpretations of the range per the new rule.  Diagram A
reflects the baseball home plate interpretation.  Diagram B reflect the
"100 yards in all directions from the shooting line" interpretation,
thus the baseball diamond is enclosed in an oval providing 100 yards
safe zone.  So the question becomes is it door A or door B?
