There's a guy who shows up at the Traditional with darts using separate 
wood points.  He also uses fire-hardened points and probably field 
points as well.

One item of inspection - darts don't need to be totally straight, like 
arrows.  My larger darts are anything but straight.  I'd probably fail 
any arrow that looked like them!  I suspect the energy in a dart is much 
less than in an arrow.
