[Archers] Please update your Marshal Info and Email address

Greetings to all the Marshals on the list,

After serving the kingdom well for the past 7 years, the time has come to
replace the current Scores Site with a rebuilt one which is not patched
together and tacked onto.  So with the blessing of our DEM for Target
Archery, and a great thanks to those who volunteered to help test, the
current site will go dark and stop accepting scores on May 15th, and the new
site will come to life (if all goes to plan) on May 17th.

To make that happen, I need the help of all the marshals who are submitting
scores.

First, some time between now and then please take a minute to update all of
your own names and email address in the current site.  There are many people
whose "Archer" SCA and Mundane names do not match their "Marshal" SCA and
Mundane names.  For example (and I'll use myself) my Archer Sca name might
be: Jontas Rinish (as it was originally passed) with a Mundane name of Jim
Kreible (a common mispelling), while my Marshal Sca name is Jonathas
Reinisch (finally corrected), with a Mundane name of James Kriebel.  You and
I can see that this is the same person, but a computer has nothing to match
togeather to verify that is true.  ANYWAY, please update both sets of
information so they are the same, it will cause YOU less headaches in the
new site.

Second, please have any scores submitted and verified *before* May 15th,
Lord Gregge our faithful Scorekeeper will have the 15th and 16th to get all
those scores approved.  I will then have the 17th (and if needed the 18th)
to move the data from the current site to the new site.

When the new site is available, you will need to use the forgotten password
function to have your account information and password emailed to you.
