[Archers] Clarification on Target Archery Marshal Training ...

There seems to be some confusion of this point ... so I wanted to make a
statement to all.

Target Archery marshals are required to have taken the 'Target Archery
Marshall 101' class ONLY, they are not required to take 'Heavy Marshal
101', nor 'Field Marshalling 201'

They also are only *required* to have done 2 apprenticeships (if both
get rave reviews) ... more is always welcome.
