To all gentles, Target Archery at Pennsic can use your help ...

SETUP:

Anyone who can lend a hand on the first Sunday & Monday of war, to help
setup the archery range, would be greatly appreciated ...

Setup usually starts each day at 9am or so ... runs until 'lunch break',
and then continues in the evening as needed. (Sometimes it continues,
sometimes we got enough hands in the morning to call it done)

MARSHALLING:

To all TA Marshals, there is a Marshals Meeting on Sunday 8/5 at 1pm at
the range ... You should attend if possible. Also, please sign up to
work 2 shifts on the range if at all possible. The range is only
'officially open' this year according to the schedule online, on Tuesday
through Friday of WarWeek.

MARSHALS-IN-TRAINING:

Please note that EACH SHIFT spent working the Pennsic Range will count
as a full event, in terms of your apprenticeship. I only ask that you
do your best to attempt to sign up for shifts with another Atlantian
Marshal working, and get them to sign off on your marshal paperwork
afterwards. (If you cannot do a shift that includes an Atlantian
Marshal, please contact me to get approval of another Marshal who can
witness your training ... I camp with Highland Foorde, in block N22, on
the northern end along Count Jehann's Bounty)

In Service,
Siegfried - Deputy Kingdom Earl Marshal for Target Archery
