[Archers] Next Seasonal Challenge Announcement

  I wish to announce the next seasonal challenge.  In reponse to comments
about the extremely small size of the recent winter challenge targets, I
have opted to fix that.  Starting on March 1st and continuing through
June 30th, will be the next seasonal challenge:  The Double Royal Round.

  What is this?  Simple.  It's a Royal Round; however, with all distances
doubled (40, 60, and 80yds), and the target size doubled (using standard
122cm faces).  More specific details are available at the archery
