[Archers] Reminder: Quarterly Reports due on 10th

There were issues, I understand, at the SCA level with their DNS servers.

Hence much of the SCA webspace is a bit messed up.

Hopefully things will clear up soon.

If they do not, feel free to send your reports just via email to this 
address, and/or, if reports are late because you couldn't get to the 
website, I will understand.
