[Archers] suspended

Please check the marshal pages before you respond to any of the 'suspended'
emails.

I have received a number of emails letting me know that the respective
person has taken a class lately where the marshals pages are already updated
to that class.

The emails were not needed.

The pages are linked from the Atlantian main page via the Atlantian archery
page. It is not hard to find.

I require the deviations from the pages and not the confirmation of what is
already on the page. If there is a problem with the page I want to get it
taken care of.
