Baron Kollack, with Lord Graham Wright and Master Chirhart Blackstar announce a
challenge to be held in conjunction with Trial by Fire.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">They offer a prize
to recognize the best dish prepared over a wood fire<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">The Rules:<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">1. Dishes must be
prepared over a wood fire (wood or lump charcoal) and should feed 8 - 10
people.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">2. Dishes are not
required to be period.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">3. Period dishes
with documentation will get extra points.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">4. Competitors are
limited to 2 entries each.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">5. The dish must
be prepared on site.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">6. The recipe must
be submitted with the dish.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">7. Judging will be
blind (entries will be identified by numbers).<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">8. Judging will be
based on taste, documentation, and presentation.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">9. The competition
will be run in parallel with Trial by Fire, but is completely separate.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">10. If a dish
meets the requirements for both competitions, it can be split and entered in
both.<o:p></o:p></font><BR>
<font size="5">There is a fire
pit on site. Wood must be brought in by
