<div dir="ltr">Good Evening!<br><br>   If you have received a Youth or AoA level award, you/ your child were not presented with a scroll, and you would like one completed, please let me know by June 20, 2015.  The backlog system is inaccurate. Therefore, to prevent any further unwanted and already privately commission scrolls from being duplicated/ made, the system is being culled. If you would like your scroll made, the scribes of Atlantia will gladly make it for you if you let us know!<br><br>  We are stating with the Youth and AoA level awards and will proceed to the different award types in the coming months.<br><br>****All Youth and AoA level scrolls listed in the backlog that are more than 8 years old will be taken off of the "needed scroll list" in the system on June 20th, 2015 unless a request is made for the assignment. (These will be awards presented before the year 2008.)***********<br><br>  If you would please put the award title and recipient name in the header when making assignment requests, I would greatly appreciate it.<br><br>Thank you for your time and help with this matter. Please let me know if you would like your scroll made.<br><br>Lady Olivia Isabelle<br>Atlantian Clerk of the Signet<br><a href="mailto:signet@atlantia.sca.org">signet@atlantia.sca.org</a></div>
