[Atlantia-Announce] Event Cancellations

The following events in the Barony of Nottinghill Coill are having to be
cancelled (I prefer "indefinitely postponed") due to the site not being
available to us because of COVID-19:

Fiber Arts Workshop (6/27)
Non-European Persona Workshop (8/29)

These events (and other A&S workshops) will be rescheduled as soon as
circumstances permit.
