[Atlantia-Announce] Cancelled Event- Highland River Melees

Dear Populace, it is with sadness that after consultation all pertinent
decision makers, that the Barony of Highland Foorde has decided that we
will not be holding our May/June event, Highland River Melees this year.

Currently, we are still hosting our October/November event, Highland Havoc
in Ijamesville, MD.
