[Atlantia-Announce] Scribal activities at Ruby Joust.

After consulting with the Autocrat for Ruby Joust, the Manuscripts at the
Abbey scribal activity has been cancelled. My scribal activities are still
on the schedule and will happen, with a couple of slight modifications.
