[Atlantia-Announce] Ruby Joust online camping and field space reservations

Good evening,

   There has been an issue found with the email account that was set up for
Ruby Joust and Investiture this year and I am working to solve this issue
for everyone as fast as possible.

   We have online camping registration and field space registration forms
up and running correctly for Ruby Joust VI.

   I am very sorry for any confusion from this mistake am happy to answer
any questions you may have going forward this year.
