Unto the good populace of the Kingdom of Atlantia does Cian Triton,
Principal Herald, send greetings.

Please accept my most humble apologies, but Royal Court reports have
been late getting published. Part of the issue was that the Clerk of
Precedence had to resign from her position due to modern world
conflicts, and a search was made for a replacement. That replacement has
now been secured, and we are beginning to work with her to get her up to
speed on entering court reports.

Another part of the issue was due to modern world conflicts in my life
as well, which limited the time I could sit down and type up a report
for all to know what happened.

I am now in the process of getting caught up, so please bear with me as
the Royal Court Reports from Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday, Coronation,
and War of the Wings slowly trickle out.

On the day of September 10, 2015 in the lands of the Barony of Sacred
Stone, Their Majesties Dietrich and Thora did open courts at Sacred
Stone Baronial Birthday. Here follows a brief description of the court
business that was done during that day.

In the morning, a brief court was held to place Lady Helwynn Ivelchild
on vigil, to contemplate joining the Order of the Laurel. Her Grace
Duchess Brianna O Duinn was also placed on vigil to contemplate joining
the Order of the Pelican.

Following Morning court, Their Majesties did call for a Curia, where
some proposed changes to the Kingdom Law were discussed and decided.
Results of that Curia can be found on the Kingdom Clerk of Law website.

A mid-morning field court was opened by Their Majesties, who saw fit to
make Lord Giles de Nablus a member of the Order of the Kraken for his
fighting abilities.

Later that afternoon, Their Majesties opened another court to honor two
Atlantians by raising them to the Nobility of this Kingdom and entitling
them now as Lady Kira del Lechuzia and Lord Tiberius Aufidius Crispus.

A small, private court was held before main court, to conduct two small
pieces of business for people who were not going to be in attendance.
Lord Philip Hartrat, Their Majesties head retainer, was given a Court
Barony for his exceptional service. Due to modern issues, this was done
privately until he could be formally recognized at Coronation in a few
weeks.

Gabriel de Acre was awarded Arms for his fighting ability and his
cheerful demeanor.

The small court was then closed, and preparations continued for the main
court of the day.

As the day began to wane, and the air turned crisp and cool…..oh, who am
I kidding, it was HOT that day! As the sweaty populace gathered
together, Their Majesties processed in wearing Japanese finery to go
along with the theme of the event.

Their Majesties welcomed everyone to the event, and praised the event
staff for their hard work. Their Excellencies of Sacred Stone did open a
brief Baronial Court, and hand out prizes for the day’s activities.

Lord Asgeir Vigsterkr was called forth, to be given a Silver Osprey for
his fighting prowess.

Lady Helwynn Ivelchild was called forth, and given leave by Their
Majesties to sit and listen and several individuals came forth to speak
of her service. Interestingly enough, this discussion of her service
seemed to center around discussions of cleaning mud, wine, and other
stains. It was quite amusing to listen to. Their Majesties were pleased
to hear these things, and did elevate her to the Order of the Laurel.
Loud cheers were heard for Mistress Helwynn!

Dorthea del Medue was summoned before the thrones, to be given her Award
of Arms from Their Majesties.

Princess, aka Anklebiter 1, was commanded to appear before the court,
along with her owners Rois MacAden and Lord Wolfgang von Trier. As Her
Majesty doted on Princess (the tiny puppy), She and the King spoke of
the service done by both Rois and Lord Wolfgang, and thus they raised
Rois to the Atlantian Nobility, and made Lord Wolfgang a companion of
the Order of the Opal.

The newcomers were invited to come forward, and they were warmly
welcomed by Their Majesties, who gave each a small token to remember
their first event by. Their Excellencies of Sacred Stone also greeted
each one, and gifted them with a glass.

Master Vortigern Faber and Baron Marc d’Aubigny were summoned to the
throne. In appreciation for their work in making weapons used to bribe,
I mean gift to Anglesly at Pennsic, the King and Queen granted both of
them Supporters. For Master Vortigern, the supporters are an axe and a
spear, and for Baron Marc, a swordsmith hammering a sword at a forge.

The children of Atlantia were invited to come forward. Rather than send
them chasing the toy box, a young lady by the name of Holin had made a
paper mache’ egg filled with toys and candy, which the children were
allowed to decimate to get to the prizes. And decimate it, they did.

Sir Malcom MacRobert was called forth. Though he was not present, Their
Majesties went ahead and awarded him an Opal for his service.

Lady Jeanne Kilmeny, Lady Prudence the Curious, and Baroness Asta
Knarrabringa were called forth before the thrones. All three of them
looked uncertain as to why they were called forth, though Baroness Asta
was semi-glaring at Baroness Alianor, figuring she was behind this.
Their Majesties surprised these wonderful ladies by inducting each of
them into the Order of the Golden Dolphin, in recognition of their
service to the Kingdom.

Lady Murine Donn was brought before the thrones, where she was awarded a
Coral Branch for her significant work in the Arts and Sciences.

Lady Annora Hall and Lord Robert Shockley came before Their Majesties to
petition for permission to marry, which the King and Queen joyously
granted. Before They allowed the two lovebirds to return to their seats,
Their Majesties did induct Lady Annora into the Order of the Pearl for
her diverse work in the arts, especially in the field of basket weaving
and cheese making. And I’ve taken her cheese class, and it is AWESOME!

As the final piece of business, Duchess Brianna O Duinn was called
forth, where her praises were spoken of by many worthy individuals,
including some very heartfelt and emotional words from His Grace Duke
Bryan. Duchess Brianna was then elevated to join the Order of the
Pelican, and the lands resounded with cheers for this amazing lady.

There being no further business, the court of Their Majesties Dietrich
and Thora was closed, and the populace prepared for feast!

Again, my apologies that this narrative is later than usual. It is
accurate to the best of my recollection.
