[Atlantia-Announce] Performing Arts Competition/Showcase at Midwinters Revel January 21st

Greetings Performers of Atlantia!
 
The Barony of Lochmere invites all performing artists (individuals and ensembles) to participate in the “Popular Choice Performance Competition” as well as a non-competitive performance showcase at our Midwinters Revel on Saturday, 
January 21, 2010 in Lothian, Maryland. *
 Performance pieces may be from any SCA period, genre, and/or region.    Documentation is encouraged, but not required.   Each performance should be no longer than 15 minutes; more time may be allotted depending on the number of performers.  
If you are interested in performing, please contact me for a time slot at chrissings at juno.com.    Your e-mail message should include the following information:
·         Type of Performance(vocal/choral, instrumental, story- telling, etc.); 
·         Whether  you wish to compete or just perform for fun; and, 
·         Preferred performance time;  we will do our best to accommodate you.
Prizes will be awarded for solo and group performances.  More information concerning the event, will be forthcoming!
