Welcome to the Kingdom Seneschal's mailing list! The default reply-to is set to reply to sender, so be aware that responses to messages will not go to the list unless you specifically choose to send them there. The email address for comments and questions about the workings and/or policies of the list is seneschal@atlantia.sca.org - currently the list is closed-subscription, with posting restricted to subscribers to hopefully keep us spam-free. It is intended for seneschals and their deputies ONLY. All seneschals will be subscribed automatically. Deputies can be added upon request. Please unsubscribe should the list no longer be appropriate. To help keep the list a high-signal, low-noise resource, please be prepared to follow the Acceptable Use Policy: Acceptable Use Policy The Seneschals' Mailing List is primarily intended as a forum for discussion of topics relevant to the office of Seneschal. It is not intended for general event announcements (as that is what the Acorn is for). However, specific changes and addendum to event announcements are acceptable. Listmembers are requested to remember that email is a medium with its own etiquette, and to follow the more widely-established customs of that etiquette. Generally speaking, that runs mostly to remembering that words on a page do not convey the same wealth of information that spoken conversation contains. Without the benefit of body language and vocal inflection, it becomes much harder to interpret humor, sarcasm, or intensity of response. Please bear in mind that we're all friends here... Using Branchseneschals
To post a message to all the list members, send email to branchseneschals@seahorse.atlantia.sca.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Branchseneschals
Subscribe to Branchseneschals by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
